Which version of the plan should I choose?

Great news! You don't have to!

You can select which version of the plan you prefer to have immediately delivered via your download links, but you can access all versions of the plan in MY TIU.


As far as which plan to follow, we recommend selecting the version that most closely resembles your current eating habits.  We have special plans for Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free Vegetarian and Pescetarian lifestyles.  You can also pick and choose recipes from the different versions to create a plan that works for you and your lifestyle! 

If you have allergies or other restrictions, please feel free to reach out to us and we can suggest substitutions to help make the plan work for you!  Make sure to always check with your doctor or medical professional before starting this or any other nutrition plan.
