    1. We have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on Merchandise
    2. If you would like to return or exchange an item you’ve purchased on toneitup.com  we’d be happy to assist you. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll respond to your request. PLEASE NOTE: The Tone It Up Nutrition Plan and Lifestyle Kit and all other digital products are non-refundable.  All sales are final.
    3. Merchandise may be returned in unused, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase.  Items marked “All Sales Final” are not eligible for return.  For more information about protein return policies, please see the Protein help page here.
    4. Tone It Up does not pay for return shipping and will need to be paid for by customer.
    5. Tone It Up is not responsible for damage that occurs during wear or use of an item.
    6. Swimwear items must have sanitary sticker and tags still in place to qualify for a return and BOTH top and bottom must be returned to be eligible for a return or refund.
    7. Tone It Up is not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us. Be sure you receive a tracking number from your carrier of choice to ensure that your return/exchange reaches us properly.
    8. Studio Tone It Up Subscriptions are non-refundable.  No cancellations or refunds will be provided for any unused portions of a subscription term.  For more information, please go here
