I’ve already paid for a subscription, but I'm being prompted to subscribe again. What do I do?


No problem! You’ll want to first make sure that you are logged in with the email address associated with your subscription.

Once you've confirmed that you're logged in using the correct email address, then tap the “Restore Purchase” link if you are prompted to purchase a subscription again.
