I’ve already paid for a subscription, but I cannot access the classes. What do I do?


You’ll want to first make sure that you are logged in with the email address associated with your subscription.

1) If you know you’re logged in using the correct email address, then tap the “Restore Purchase” link if you are prompted to purchase a subscription again.

2) Depending on which platform you subscribed on, you should go there and check the subscription - iTunes, Google Play, or Website
