How do I change my weekly workout goal?


No worries girl, we’ve made it super easy for you!  When setting up your profile you’ll create a personal goal of how many workouts you want to log each week—everyone has different fitness aspirations and your Studio Tone It Up app goal should be customized to exactly what YOU need each week.

You can update this goal whenever you want, simply go to your profile page, click the pencil icon that appears next to your image. Scroll down until you see the weekly goal, then hold and drag (or tap!) until the dot is on the number you want it to be.
