I’ve already paid for a subscription, but I'm not able to see Programs or any app updates.


We definitely want to get you into the updated app ASAP!  We've just released an update which should resolve this issue.  

If your phone doesn't update automatically, you can find the update in your app store.  Please make sure you've downloaded version 2.0.2 on your iPhone.   To find the version, go to Profile > Settings.  It should be at the bottom.
